How to Bulk Assign a Category, Workflow, Tags, Colors, Content Templates, and Assignments

1. Open your project sitemap. Click VIew Sitemap in the project menu. 

2. Click the EDIT icon located to the left of the Seach Box

3. Select the pages in the editor that you would like to bulk assign. Hold down shift to multi-select. 

3. Use the tools on the left side of the editor to:

• Assign Category
• Assign Workflow
• Assign Tag
• Assign Color
• Assign Category Template 
• Add Assignment

Refresh Changes

After a project is refreshed, the results are available when you click the Refresh Changes icon at the bottom of the tool list.

1. Use the selection boxes on the left to select what you would like to bulk assign.

2. Use the buttons below to bulk assign. 

Search Result Actions

After performing a search in the sitemap editor, click the Search Results Action button.
